Sales Operations Analyst (German Speaking)

About the role

Accenture is looking for a German‑speaking Sales Operations Analyst to support contract management, order processing and customer care across its telecom operations. The role combines analytical tasks with direct interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle cases related to contract management, order processing, invoicing, cancellations and customer care.
• Manage contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract‑related inquiries.
• Support invoicing and credit processes, guaranteeing accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Oversee cancellation and retention activities, addressing customer complaints effectively.
• Participate in discussions on new products and their integration into standard processes.
• Provide exceptional customer care across multiple communication channels.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in German (minimum B2) and intermediate English.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or complex back‑office processing.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining professional relationships.
• Good judgment, decision‑making skills and a professional appearance.
• Adaptable, action‑oriented, accountable and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and call‑center software.
