Account and Customer Success Manager

About the role

Join Aristocrat as an Account and Customer Success Manager and become the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams. You will own a portfolio of accounts, drive customer happiness, and identify growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead contact for assigned accounts, building trust‑based relationships.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy by proactively addressing needs.
• Coordinate daily communication with delivery, product, studio, operations, and finance teams.
• Oversee open items, actions, and commitments to support smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, assist in renewals and commercial discussions.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports and internal briefings.
• Analyze account data, trends, and feedback to anticipate expectations.
• Translate customer requirements into clear internal specifications for planning and roadmap alignment.
• Serve as the bridge between customers and AI teams, contributing to continuous process improvement.
• Share insights and best practices across the team to foster a positive culture.

Required profile

• Strong ownership and accountability, able to work independently on multiple priorities.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building long‑term relationships.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Experience in account management, customer success, or client‑facing roles, preferably with complex products.
• Background in B2B, technology, gaming, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
