Community Maker – Content & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Community Maker to nurture and grow our IT‑focused coworking community in Sofia. You will welcome new members, organise events and create engaging content that connects our members and promotes the Puzl brand.

Key responsibilities

• Tour prospective members, showcase the coworking space and match them with suitable membership options.
• Onboard new members, educate them about coworking culture and introduce them to relevant peers.
• Support existing members with day‑to‑day needs, seat adjustments and issue resolution via the Help Desk.
• Plan, promote and run community events, meet‑ups and partnership activities with startups, accelerators and incubators.
• Produce and distribute weekly newsletters, social‑media posts and other communication materials.
• Maintain the community platform, respond to member queries and foster collaboration.

Required profile

• Extroverted, great listener with a genuine passion for meeting people and building relationships.
• Empathetic, solution‑oriented and able to communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Enthusiastic about technology and comfortable working in an IT‑centric environment.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
