Construction Project Manager – Office Fit‑outs & Industrial Projects

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager to lead office fit‑outs, industrial construction, and new commercial developments. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, high‑quality, and on‑budget delivery while acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design teams for interior, technical, and detailed designs.
• Organise and manage tender procedures, including preparation, evaluation, and contractor selection.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully complete construction projects.
• Prepare and control cost estimates, budgets, and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Lead consultants, supervisors, and contractors on‑site.
• Manage project schedules, critical paths, and key resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
• Produce reports, calculations, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Serve as the primary client interface, meeting or exceeding expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with office or commercial development projects.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with MS Project for scheduling and resource management.
