About the role

Join a leading global car‑rental brand as a Customer Service Consultant, providing support in French and English. You will work from a modern office in Plovdiv, helping customers with reservations, modifications, and travel inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone and email inquiries from French‑speaking customers.
• Create new reservations, process modifications and cancellations.
• Provide tailored mobility solutions based on client needs.
• Maintain high service standards through friendly, professional communication.
• Share ideas to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1 level or higher).
• Good English for internal communication.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
