Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our Varna team, providing prompt and professional assistance to users of our software products. The role combines technical troubleshooting with clear communication to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software products.
• Troubleshoot problems, identify solutions, and guide customers through product configuration.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Stay informed about new product features and updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
• Experience with Excel functions, charts, pivot tables, and macros.
• Ability to create and analyse reports and dashboards.
• Background in web‑based software support and familiarity with online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, and Rakuten.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, FTP, and SQL is a plus.
