Digital Marketing Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Designer to create visually impactful, on‑brand campaigns across multiple digital channels for our diverse client base. You will work closely with digital marketers, copywriters and other designers to translate brand guidelines into engaging static and animated assets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with digital marketers to design static and animated ads, organic social posts, landing pages and email templates.
• Apply brand guidelines to create cohesive visual experiences that drive audience engagement.
• Produce designs for paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google display networks.
• Design responsive email layouts for CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Constant Contact and Mailchimp.
• Iterate designs based on client feedback while meeting tight turnaround deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing design.
• Positive attitude, receptive to design critique, and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts to clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience designing static and animated ads (Canva acceptable for animation).
• Knowledge of paid social advertising on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Ability to create Google display ads, paid social ads and organic social graphics.
• Expertise in designing email templates for HubSpot, Klaviyo, Constant Contact and Mailchimp.
