Digital Marketing Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to lead our social media and online advertising efforts across Bulgaria and the region. The role combines strategy, content creation, and campaign management to boost our clients’ visibility and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social‑media strategies for existing and prospective clients.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including setup, optimisation and detailed reporting.
• Create and publish Stories, Reels and TikTok videos, handling end‑to‑end production.
• Design and implement communication concepts from idea to launch.
• Organise events, prepare budgets and maintain strong client relationships.
• Write clear, persuasive copy in both Bulgarian and English.

Required profile

• At least two years of professional experience in PR, social media or digital marketing.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English with excellent copywriting abilities.
• Energetic, out‑of‑the‑box thinker, organised and team‑oriented.
• Strong multitasking skills and a high corporate culture mindset.

Required skills

• Google Ads campaign management.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads management.
• Social media platform expertise (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Video creation for Stories, Reels and TikTok.
• Copywriting in Bulgarian and English.
