About the role

Join Iliada’s fast‑growing international team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. You will own multi‑channel campaigns, turn data into actionable insights, and help boost brand visibility and lead generation across a dynamic digital landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise SEO, SEM, social media, email, display and affiliate campaigns to drive qualified traffic.
• Perform keyword research and execute on‑page and off‑page SEO tactics to improve organic rankings.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, Google Ads and marketing automation tools, producing regular reports and adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with content, design and development teams to create digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Grow and manage Iliada’s social media presence, delivering engaging content and fostering community interaction.
• Identify A/B testing and personalisation opportunities to enhance user experience and conversion pathways.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with data‑privacy and accessibility standards.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably managing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work both independently and cross‑functionally.
