Dutch Logistics & Delivery Advisor – Hybrid (Sofia)

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join our customer support team in Sofia. In this hybrid position you will assist customers in both Dutch and English, handling enquiries about shipments, delays, undelivered or lost parcels, and providing clear, reassuring updates.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in Dutch and English regarding delivery status.
• Check shipment information and deliver accurate updates.
• Investigate delivery issues, propose solutions and explain next steps.
• Escalate complex cases to operational teams.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions.
• Meet quality, productivity and customer‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Interest in logistics and shipment management.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and work rotating shifts.
