Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a premium luxury real‑estate company. The role demands absolute discretion, the ability to anticipate needs, and a hands‑on approach to managing both business and personal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all communications with clients, property owners, partners and suppliers.
• Prepare documents, offers, presentations and other executive materials.
• Track open tasks, follow up and ensure completion without reminders.
• Coordinate travel, property viewings, meetings and events.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for drafting, research and daily productivity.
• Handle confidential business and personal matters with the utmost discretion.
• Maintain the CEO’s calendar, prioritize meetings and daily agenda.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior management.
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and calm under pressure.
• Professional presence when dealing with high‑level clients and partners.
• Fluent Bulgarian and professional level English.
• Absolute trustworthiness and discretion.

Required skills

• Strong IT proficiency.
• Practical experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) or a strong motivation to master them.
