FP&A Senior Analyst

About the role

You will join the FP&A team of Coca‑Cola Hellenic Business Services Organization, focusing on forecasting working capital and free cash‑flow for specific business units. The role offers a collaborative environment with colleagues across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately plan and deliver the working capital component.
• Conduct regular financial analysis, identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support scenario planning and provide latest estimates of working capital.
• Prepare variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Produce financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Advise on complex business cases and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or similar.
• Strong analytical abilities and business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced)
• Financial modeling
• ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
