Freight Forwarder

About the role

DuXo Logistics is seeking a motivated Freight Forwarder to organise and manage international road transport shipments across Europe. You will act as a key liaison between carriers, customers and internal teams, ensuring reliable and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage international road transport shipments throughout Europe.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with transport partners.
• Monitor shipments and guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly and professionally.
• Work with transport exchanges, ERP systems and internal software.
• Contribute to the continuous growth and success of the company.

Required profile

• Previous experience in international road freight forwarding.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and make decisions.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Greek are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with transport exchanges.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
