German Customer Support Specialist – Telecom (Sofia)

About the role

We are looking for a fluent German speaker to join our Sofia team as a Customer Support Specialist in the telecom sector. You will be the first point of contact for German‑speaking clients, delivering high‑quality assistance across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to German‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our telecom products and services to give accurate information.
• Identify, troubleshoot and, when necessary, escalate client issues to preserve satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and help improve service processes.
• Record detailed interactions to support the development of better service policies.
• Uphold professionalism and empathy in all communications.

Required profile

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and strong English proficiency.
• Customer‑service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Customer‑focused attitude with patience and the ability to manage diverse scenarios.
