Global Legal Operations Manager

About the role

The Global Legal Operations Manager provides the operational backbone for the worldwide Legal function. This role blends data analytics, technology, and project management to drive efficiency, transparency, and scalability across commercial, corporate, employment, and litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, track and analyse global legal spend, budgets, forecasts and variances.
• Own the legal invoice intake, approval and processing workflow in partnership with Finance (e.g., SAP).
• Develop and maintain spend dashboards, KPIs and performance reports.
• Manage relationships with external law firms, including panel management and fee arrangements.
• Build and continuously improve a centralized database for litigation and claims, tracking status, milestones, risks and costs.
• Support e‑discovery, document management and litigation workflows.
• Design and maintain operational dashboards and reports for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Lead global legal operations projects, standardise processes and drive change management across Finance, HR, Sales and IT.
• Own the Legal SharePoint environment, ensuring up‑to‑date policies, templates and playbooks.
• Lead automation initiatives for legal documents and workflows, including NDAs, DPAs and commercial agreements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, procurement, administration or related functions.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale spend and external counsel relationships.
• Strong project‑management and change‑management capabilities.
• Experience working in a global, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
