Implementation Manager (German Speaking)

About the role

Implementation Managers at Payhawk guide new customers through onboarding and ensure they gain maximum value from the spend‑management platform. The role combines technical setup, training and ongoing advisory to drive product adoption and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, understand their needs and configure Payhawk accounts accordingly.
• Design and execute customized project plans, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to meet SLA timelines.
• Deliver tailored training sessions and support to help customers quickly realize value.
• Analyze product usage data to identify optimisation opportunities and recommend enhancements.
• Assist customers in scaling their Payhawk usage as their business grows, providing guidance on new functionalities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, fostering long‑term relationships and contributing to customer retention.

Required profile

• Fluent German speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding or customer success roles.
• Ability to understand customer processes and translate them into platform configurations.
