Junior Digital Account Manager

About the role

Brand IQ, an award‑winning data‑driven advertising provider, is looking for a motivated Junior Digital Account Manager to join its Sofia office. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or final‑year students eager to gain hands‑on experience in digital marketing and client management.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with daily client communication and project coordination.
• Translate client briefs into clear tasks for internal teams.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring digital advertising campaigns.
• Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and other client materials.
• Review performance data and help formulate recommendations.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and gradually take on more client‑facing responsibilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• Up to two years of relevant professional or internship experience (optional).
• Strong organizational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and genuinely interested in digital marketing.
• Availability to work full‑time onsite in Sofia.
