Junior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and eager‑to‑learn Junior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate holds a law degree, possesses strong English communication skills, and has an interest in corporate, commercial and intellectual‑property law.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial contracts across all group entities.
• Negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, technology licensing, procurement and intercompany contracts.
• Monitor contract milestones and support business owners in taking required actions.
• Provide efficient legal assistance to the business and support the broader legal team.
• Handle ad‑hoc legal tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Law (or currently a law student).
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Interest or experience in corporate & commercial law, contract law, and intellectual property.
• Ability to switch quickly between different legal matters in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with strong time‑management skills.
• Second foreign language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with a law firm is preferred.
