Junior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Sofia team. You will work on real paid social and search campaigns for international clients, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple platforms and markets while collaborating with seasoned performance marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage paid social and search campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and programmatic networks.
• Monitor performance daily and optimise campaigns to meet client KPIs.
• Analyse data to identify drivers of results and propose improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot tracking and reporting issues.
• Collaborate with senior team members on international campaigns and gradually take ownership of additional platforms.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Interest in digital advertising, data and technology.
• Quick learner who asks good questions and takes initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or other advertising platforms (internship, coursework or personal projects) is a plus.
