Key Account Manager – HVAC & Building Solutions

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for HVAC & Building Solutions, you will drive the integration of Bosch and Hitachi heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning products into a wide range of construction projects. You will build long‑term relationships with architects, engineers, developers and contractors to ensure our solutions are specified from the earliest design stages.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, track and pursue new commercial, residential and industrial construction projects that match our HVAC portfolio.
• Establish and nurture relationships with designers, architects, M&E consultants, investors, developers, general contractors and building companies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored specifications and secure Bosch or Hitachi products.
• Act as the product champion for VRF systems and promote heat pumps, gas boilers and split air‑conditioning units.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and project announcements to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Work closely with internal sales, technical support and marketing to deliver a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in key account management, business development or specification sales within HVAC, M&E or construction.
• Proven ability to develop project pipelines and influence specification decisions.
• Strong network of industry stakeholders and excellent relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems.
• Experience with heat pumps, gas boilers and split air‑conditioning systems.
