About the role

We are looking for a Lead Mobile App Developer based in Bulgaria to lead the development of high‑quality mobile applications used by customers worldwide. The role combines hands‑on engineering, technical leadership and collaboration with cross‑functional teams in a remote, product‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Drive technical decisions and development practices to ensure scalable, reliable, and high‑performing mobile solutions.
• Conduct detailed code reviews across Android and iOS projects, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive and high‑quality mobile experiences.
• Design and implement solutions that work effectively across a wide range of mobile devices and operating environments.
• Integrate external data sources, APIs, and third‑party services into mobile applications.
• Write and maintain robust unit tests, ensuring reliability, usability, and performance.
• Monitor live application performance and continuously optimize mobile apps at the code level.
• Support debugging efforts and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure applications are visually consistent, user‑friendly, and aligned with platform guidelines.
• Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Strong expertise across Android and iOS platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Kotlin, Java, and Swift for native development.
• Experience with mobile architecture patterns such as MVP.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
