Logistics & Delivery Advisor (Dutch) – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Dutch‑English professional to join our international logistics team in Sofia. As a Logistics & Delivery Advisor you will act as the primary point of contact for customers tracking their global shipments, resolving delivery issues and ensuring a smooth experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about global shipments via phone, email, or chat.
• Track and troubleshoot delivery statuses, including delivered, undelivered, delayed, or lost packages.
• Investigate discrepancies by coordinating with courier networks, distribution centers, and sorting facilities.
• Provide accurate, friendly solutions while maintaining precise documentation in internal logistics systems.

Required profile

• Native or proficient level of Dutch with strong working English.
• Located in Sofia or willing to relocate (relocation support available).
• Excellent communication, proactive problem‑solving, and empathy for customers.
• Availability for rotational shifts Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑21:00, with a hybrid work model.
