Marketing Strategist

About the role

The Marketing Strategist will design and execute data‑driven marketing strategies that support client objectives and Brand IQ’s service portfolio. Working from the Sofia office, you will collaborate with account managers, creative teams and analysts to turn insights into integrated digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and audience analyses to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Define positioning, messaging and integrated campaign plans across digital channels.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and optimise ongoing initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, strategic recommendations and performance summaries for internal and client stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong market research abilities and experience in developing marketing strategies.
• Proven track record planning and optimizing integrated digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting recommendations and collaborating with teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in an agency, technology or digital‑first advertising environment is a plus.
