Medical Events Trainee

About the role

Nestlé Bulgaria is seeking a Medical Events Trainee to support its Nutrition business. The 5‑month traineeship offers hands‑on experience in marketing and events operations, allowing you to develop expertise in medical event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support the organization of medical events in line with the annual calendar.
• Process and follow up on medical equipment purchase requests.
• Assist with medical contracts and monitor distribution of marketing materials in the field.
• Prepare sampling and donation activities according to instructions.
• Prepare reports and provide relevant information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple time‑critical tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
