About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Shift Manager on the production line at the Kazichene plant. You will act as the internal technical expert, driving performance, safety and continuous improvement in line with the "6‑star" model.

Key responsibilities

• Organise shift workers and staff according to the production programme and labour duties.
• Report programme execution and key performance indicators to the line manager.
• Monitor product parameters and quality, informing the line manager of any deviations.
• Ensure correct execution of the technological process, safety rules, LOTO, BOS and RCA systems, and optimal resource use.
• Maintain workplace layout, hygiene and fire safety in line with the approved technological regime.
• Collaborate with maintenance to resolve technical issues promptly and apply autonomous and progressive maintenance standards.
• Participate in training shift personnel on safe equipment operation and work methods.
• Conduct weekly/monthly inventories, manage material variances and suggest cost‑saving measures.
• Contribute ideas for line development and support new project implementation.

Required profile

• Desire for professional growth in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with autonomous maintenance (AM‑4) and progressive maintenance (PM‑3).
• Knowledge of TPM, Six Sigma and total equipment reliability.
• Proven ability to lead production teams and handle union‑related situations.
• Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail.
