Project Support Coordinator with English

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Project Support Coordinator to provide administrative and technical assistance to global project teams. The role involves planning, organizing and coordinating tasks, maintaining systems and databases, and ensuring audit readiness across clinical research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete trial‑related activities as defined in the task matrix.
• Perform file reviews (department, internal, country, investigator) and document findings.
• Maintain study documentation and systems, including team lists, training trackers, system access, and activity plans.
• Organise client and internal meetings, prepare minutes and distribute them.
• Export and prepare study metrics reports and maintain vendor trackers.
• Assist with the compilation of Investigator Site File (ISF) templates and pharmacy binders.
• Support audit readiness by conducting regular file reviews according to SOPs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision.
• Experience in administrative support within a clinical or research environment is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work within budget constraints.
• Good written and spoken English.
