Sales Administrator (French speaking)

About the role

Ingram Micro is looking for a Sales Administrator who is comfortable communicating in both French and English. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, tracking them through their lifecycle, and ensuring data accuracy while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders in internal systems.
• Track orders from creation to completion.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure timely processing.
• Communicate order details and quotations via Microsoft Teams and email.
• Participate in occasional calls and training sessions with colleagues in France.
• Maintain a hybrid work schedule, Monday‑Friday 10:00‑19:00.

Required profile

• Good teamwork skills and a cheerful attitude.
• Fluent in French (B2) and English (B2).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast‑changing environment.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in order management or data processing is an advantage.
