Sales Team Lead – Home Comfort (HVAC)

About the role

The Sales Team Lead will drive growth of Bosch's Home Comfort business in Bulgaria, focusing on modern, energy‑efficient HVAC solutions while safeguarding the existing gas‑fired boiler portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute local sales strategies to exceed annual revenue and profit targets.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, market reviews and demand‑planning to align supply chain and inventory.
• Design and launch recovery and growth initiatives for urban and regional markets.
• Manage partnerships with major retail and DIY chains, ensuring brand visibility and sell‑out support.
• Maintain and expand the traditional 2‑step and 3‑step distribution network, setting transparent pricing and commercial terms.
• Lead the project pipeline for residential and commercial installations, building relationships with developers, contractors and HVAC planners.
• Recruit, coach and develop the local sales team to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience in the HVAC or related technology sector.
• Strategic, results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong understanding of modern HVAC technologies (heat pumps, VRF, air conditioners) and legacy combustion products.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across retail, distribution and project channels.
