SAP Solution Architect – Pre‑Sales & Delivery Lead

About the role

Novarto is looking for a dynamic, client‑facing SAP Solution Architect to join its fast‑growing consulting practice. You will act as the chief technical authority on high‑visibility client engagements, partnering with sales during pre‑sales and providing architectural governance during delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, requirement analysis, RFP responses and solution design during the sales cycle.
• Develop and present solution blueprints, target architectures and technology roadmaps, focusing on S/4HANA (cloud and on‑premise) and SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Create effort estimates, resource plans and technical content for Statements of Work and proposals.
• Provide architectural oversight and technical leadership for implementation projects, ensuring adherence to signed‑off designs and acting as the top technical escalation point.

Required profile

• 8+ years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years in a Solution Architect or similar lead role.
• Proven experience delivering 3‑4 full‑lifecycle SAP implementations across multiple industries.
• Deep expertise in S/4HANA transformations (greenfield, brownfield, selective data transition).
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration strategies, especially SAP Business Technology Platform and Integration Suite (CPI).
• Broad functional understanding of end‑to‑end SAP processes such as Finance, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
