SBS Commodity Management Analyst

About the role

The SBS Commodity Management Analyst supports the SBS Commercial Service Line, providing operational assistance for domestic and international supply chain activities. The role focuses on trade and contract control, invoicing, cash management, and data reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily trade confirmations, perform completeness and coherence checks, and reconcile contracts.
• Receive, issue, and follow‑up on contract documents, ensuring signatures and final execution.
• Manage invoicing and accounts payable, including daily booking of goods, transport, logistics services, claims, and broker commissions.
• Process daily payments, match cash to invoices, and monitor unmatched payments.
• Track ageing balances and perform stock data reconciliation with third‑party reports.
• Handle stock insurance declarations and premium payments.
• Collect and verify mandatory documents for counter‑party and bank account creation or updates in the global master data tool.
• Conduct agent and broker due diligence in line with compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Business Management degree or equivalent.
• Fluent English; Polish is a plus.
• Self‑starter with strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict daily deadlines.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
