Senior Consultant – Deal Value Team

About the role

PwC’s Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team in Sofia supports UK‑based M&A transactions for corporate and private‑equity clients. As a Senior Consultant you will work alongside the DDV UK colleagues on a variety of high‑impact projects, helping clients maximise value throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small workstreams within large, complex M&A projects and support larger workstreams as needed.
• Own and deliver operational analysis, carve‑out, integration and due‑diligence deliverables.
• Develop hypotheses, perform quantitative analysis and present findings to senior team members and clients.
• Manage relationships with client team members and act as a primary point of contact for assigned work packages.
• Contribute to business development activities and knowledge sharing within the DDV team.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Several years of experience in M&A, corporate finance or consulting, preferably with exposure to integration, carve‑out or operational due‑diligence work.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and communicate insights clearly.
• Fluency in English; Bulgarian language skills are a plus.
