Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Kenes is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities of its own congresses. You will head a team of Marketing Managers and Coordinators, develop brand strategies, manage budgets and ensure successful promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities for assigned congresses.
• Lead a team of Marketing Coordinators, Senior Coordinators and Managers.
• Serve as the primary contact for all congress‑related marketing needs.
• Develop and maintain the congress brand and overall marketing strategy.
• Prepare, monitor and adhere to congress budgets.
• Oversee multi‑channel marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing deliverables on time.
• Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, both online and offline, including videos.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance and lead‑generation results.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Highly motivated team player with strong time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, project‑management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in client management, market research and analysis.
• Previous experience leading a marketing team is a plus.
