Senior Site Contract Specialist

About the role

The Senior Site Contract Specialist is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for study sites. Working closely with site teams and internal functional groups, the role ensures contracts are prepared, negotiated and executed efficiently while maintaining compliance with company and client policies.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize agreements with study sites in line with approved processes and budget parameters.
• Identify, assess and escalate legal, financial and operational risks associated with investigator contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align site start‑up activities with contractual timelines and critical path milestones.
• Achieve target cycle times for site activation and ensure adherence to escalation procedures for out‑of‑parameter issues.
• Maintain accurate tracking, reporting and periodic quality reviews of contract activities.
• Provide training, mentorship and guidance to junior staff and represent Global Site Contracts in country‑level process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic/vocational qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract negotiation, investigator contract management or related fields.
• Proven ability to work within approved negotiation parameters and authority limits.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate risk and recommend alternative resolutions.
