Senior UX Designer

About the role

Conga is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join its product team in Sofia on a hybrid basis. You will own the end‑to‑end design of complex enterprise solutions, shaping user experiences from research through delivery and iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead user research and problem framing for high‑impact product areas.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs that align with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to guarantee consistency across the platform.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior designers and champion best‑practice UX standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX ownership.
• Ability to think systemically and communicate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across disciplines.
