Social Media Manager

About the role

eBag is looking for a proactive leader to own and energize its social media presence across Threads, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. You will shape the brand voice, drive channel growth and mentor junior team members while collaborating closely with creative and performance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that grows audience and engagement on all key platforms.
• Design and manage influencer partnerships and long‑term creator collaborations.
• Write day‑to‑day copy in the brand’s distinct voice, including posts, captions and community responses.
• Coordinate creative production for campaigns, working with internal and external partners.
• Oversee community management, handling escalations in comments and direct messages.
• Mentor and guide two junior colleagues responsible for execution.
• Bridge organic content with paid social, analysing performance to inform content decisions.
• Collaborate with performance and creative teams to turn data insights into better content.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Threads, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Demonstrated ability to scale digital channels, not just maintain them.
• Strong copywriting skills with a consistent brand voice.
• At least two years of people‑management experience, mentoring junior staff.
• Confidence handling community conversations and escalations.
• Sharp eye for trends, modern culture and strategic creator partnerships.
