Key responsibilities

• Support daily supply and logistics operations.
• Monitor stock availability and assist with inventory‑related activities.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transportation providers, and internal teams.
• Track orders and deliveries to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation.
• Update and analyse data in Excel and company systems.
• Assist in preparing reports and operational analyses.
• Provide support in resolving day‑to‑day logistics challenges.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Up to one year of work experience.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Proactive attitude and good communication skills.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
