Telecom Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Telecom Support Engineer to join our support centre serving EU customers of our partner. The role combines technical troubleshooting of telecom networks with data‑driven analysis, requiring both telecom knowledge and the ability to query databases for accurate information.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer teams to extract and present data from partner tools.
• Analyse telecom network KPIs and identify performance issues.
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to customer networks and partner traffic integrations.
• Perform daily operations, maintenance tasks and problem resolution.
• Identify root causes of system‑related incidents and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in telecom support or a related field.
• Strong customer‑facing skills and ability to conduct independent calls.
• Willingness to work in rotating 24/7 shifts.
• Readiness to travel on‑site for short periods when business needs arise.

Required skills

• SQL – ability to query databases and retrieve data.
• Understanding of cellular protocols.
• Basic system knowledge of Linux.
• Familiarity with cloud and cloud‑native environments.
• Nice‑to‑have: experience with Wireshark for packet analysis.
