Travel Support Representative – Norwegian (Customer Service)

About the role

Join a leading digital travel marketplace as a Travel Support Representative, providing high‑touch assistance to Norwegian‑speaking travelers. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, helping customers with flights, hotels, car rentals and more while delivering a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via inbound/outbound calls, email and chat.
• Answer queries, resolve issues and demonstrate empathy throughout the interaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel products and services.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Track, document and retrieve information in the call‑tracking database.

Required profile

• Fluent in Norwegian (written and verbal) and working level English.
• High school diploma; 3‑6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to changes and tolerate repetitive work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.

Required skills

• Computer navigation skills.
• Keyboarding proficiency.
• Internet surfing and general PC knowledge.
