Vice President, Compliance, Data Privacy & Corporate Legal

About the role

Adalvo is seeking a Vice President to lead its Compliance, Data Privacy and Corporate Legal function. This senior leader will shape the company’s pharmaceutical compliance framework and provide legal guidance across a range of international activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the pharmaceutical compliance program, including policies, procedures, controls, training, monitoring, reporting and investigations.
• Provide legal and compliance advice on anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, sanctions screening, third‑party due diligence, conflicts of interest and transparency obligations.
• Oversee data integrity, GxP compliance, privacy governance and data‑governance initiatives across product development, licensing, manufacturing and commercial operations.
• Partner with Legal, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, HR, IT and Information Security teams to manage risk and ensure alignment with global regulations.
• Lead remediation efforts, governance reporting and internal investigations as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with extensive experience in pharmaceutical compliance.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic approach with a strong track record of working across legal, compliance, quality, regulatory and commercial functions.
• Ability to manage diverse legal and compliance topics in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Excellent judgment, business partnering skills and senior‑level communication abilities.
