About the role
Accenture is seeking a Business Analyst to support its supply chain operations in Sofia. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, turning data into actionable insights that drive process improvements and support business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Support business processes and workflow, identifying issues and risks.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and produce regular reports.
- Manage databases, perform data and application maintenance updates.
- Escalate database issues and act as the first point of contact for customer escalations.
- Communicate findings to internal and external clients.
- Identify best practices and recommend improvements to end‑to‑end processes.
- Generate and analyse Tier I & II client reporting.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop and refine processes.
Required profile
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in supply chain or a business analyst role (advantageous).
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
