Logistics Service Representative (Part-time)

About the role

This part‑time position provides front‑line logistics and customer service support for multiple programs. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, internal teams and delivery partners, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email and chat from customers, clients, engineers and couriers.
• Provide first‑level issue resolution and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate deliveries with courier partners according to contracts and logistics processes.
• Assess incoming requests and route them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records in program databases, documenting all customer and logistics information.
• Manage challenging situations in line with company policies and quality standards.
• Identify and document data, delivery or program issues for management review.
• Support quality‑assurance activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

Required profile

• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, front‑line environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Calm and effective handling of escalations.
• Strong coordination skills, especially when working with external delivery partners.
• Familiarity with database usage and MS Office applications.
• Previous customer‑service experience is an advantage.
