Logistics Service Representative (Part-time)

About the role

This part‑time position provides front‑line logistics and customer service support for multiple programs. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, internal engineers and delivery partners, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email and chat with customers, clients, engineers and courier companies.
• Provide first‑level issue resolution and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Coordinate deliveries with courier partners according to contractual agreements and logistics processes.
• Assess incoming requests and route them to the appropriate internal team.
• Maintain accurate records in program databases, updating customer and logistics information.
• Manage challenging customer situations in line with company policies and quality standards.
• Identify, document and forward data, delivery or program‑related issues to management.
• Support quality‑assurance activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

Required profile

• Fluency in English with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, front‑line environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Calm and effective handling of escalations.
• Strong coordination abilities, especially when working with external delivery partners.
• Familiarity with database usage and Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous customer‑service experience is an advantage.
