Technical Product Trainer – Power Tools

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Trainer to join Bosch Power Tools in Sofia. The role involves delivering engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, retailers and internal teams, helping them understand the features and safe use of our power tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations at trade shows, events, retail locations and customer sites.
• Design and deliver practical training programs covering product functions and safety guidelines.
• Provide technical advice and support during demonstrations and training.
• Collect feedback from participants and relay insights to product development and marketing.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product launches and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical education (preferred but not mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience with a wide range of professional or DIY power tools.
• Excellent presentation, public‑speaking and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in training, product demonstration, technical sales or product support is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Bulgaria.
