Technical Support Analyst L2 – Cloud & Linux

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Technical Support Analyst L2 to join its Sofia team. You will work on diagnosing and maintaining e‑commerce solutions running on public cloud platforms, primarily Linux/Unix environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and root‑cause analysis of e‑commerce applications.
• Debug website behavior related to content, configuration, or code issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot backend applications and AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC).
• Handle data‑feed integrations from third‑party providers and execute code releases.
• Communicate with client teams and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and support‑management tools.

Required profile

• IT‑related education or at least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with AWS or another public‑cloud platform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Perl or Python.
• Ability to parse logs and analyse web‑service interactions.
• Fluent written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
