Salesforce QA Engineer

About the role

As a Salesforce QA Engineer at Montway Auto Transport, you will ensure the quality, reliability and performance of the company’s Salesforce systems. Working closely with developers, product teams and stakeholders, you will test and validate innovative Salesforce implementations that drive efficiency and business success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for Salesforce implementations.
• Validate Salesforce workflows, data architecture and integrations against business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams and stakeholders to understand functional and technical specifications.
• Identify, document and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform regression, functional and performance testing on Salesforce solutions.
• Leverage automation tools and frameworks to streamline repetitive testing tasks.
• Provide input on best practices to optimise testing processes and improve system reliability.
• Assist in validating API integrations and data synchronization across systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of QA experience, including 1‑2 years focused on Salesforce testing.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, standard/custom objects, flows, validation rules and permission sets.
• Proficiency in writing SOQL queries and using tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Postman and Chrome DevTools.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to manage testing tasks independently and clearly document issues.
• Bonus: experience with Salesforce‑specific automation tools (e.g., Provar, Copado Robotic Testing) or general frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.
• Bonus: Salesforce Administrator (Admin 201) certification.
