Account and Customer Success Manager

About the role

Aristocrat is looking for an Account and Customer Success Manager to act as the primary liaison between assigned customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for driving customer happiness, retention and growth while supporting the company’s commercial objectives in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated accounts, building trust‑based relationships.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and advocacy by proactively addressing needs.
• Coordinate daily communication with delivery, product, studio, operations and finance teams.
• Track open items, actions and commitments, supporting onboarding of new customers.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, assist in renewals and scope changes.
• Monitor account performance, prepare updates, reports and internal briefings.
• Analyze account data and feedback to anticipate expectations and concerns.
• Translate customer requirements into clear internal specifications for planning and roadmap alignment.
• Act as an intermediary between customers and AI teams to drive continuous process improvement.
• Share insights and best practices across the team to foster a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, able to work independently.
• Highly organized, analytical and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building long‑term relationships.
• Hands‑on, collaborative teammate passionate about customer success.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Experience in account management, customer success or client‑facing roles, preferably with complex products or services.
• Background in B2B, technology, gaming or regulated industries is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
