Account Manager – Business Information Services

About the role

Coface is looking for an Account Manager to grow and retain a portfolio of corporate clients for its Business Information Services. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive the right solutions and achieve high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Increase the value of services purchased by the allocated client portfolio in line with company targets.
• Propose and negotiate contract renewals while respecting pricing rules.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand contract value.
• Conduct regular account activities such as welcome visits, periodic calls, and renewal actions according to an agreed calendar.
• Support customers by explaining contract terms, procedures, and representing their interests within Coface.
• Monitor client usage of services and work with them to improve adoption.
• Maintain and update CRM applications with accurate client information.
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and analytical dashboards as needed.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in finance, B2B sales or service‑based industries.
• University degree (economics preferred) and business‑level English.
• Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and understanding of financial services.
• Strategic sales and business development mindset, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Passionate about sales, resilient, curious, adaptable and customer‑centric.
• Independent, self‑motivated and willing to commit to long‑term employment.
• Valid category B driver’s licence for travel outside the city.
