Business Development & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Profitlobby is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to accelerate growth by creating and managing strategic relationships with affiliates, media buyers, agencies and infrastructure partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard high‑value affiliates and media buyers, pitching Profitlobby’s ad‑account solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, commissions and setup fees while ensuring a reliable supply of ad accounts from agencies and providers.
• Match clients with suitable ad accounts, oversee onboarding and monitor performance to uncover scaling opportunities.
• Develop new market and vertical opportunities, launch referral and affiliate programs, and explore premium monetisation models.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key partners and top clients, handling issues related to accounts, payments or performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication abilities and a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics.
• Technical aptitude to work with digital advertising platforms and tools.
