Account Manager – Public Sector & Power Utilities

About the role

The Account Manager will drive Huawei’s ICT sales within Bulgaria’s public sector and power utility markets. You will build strong relationships with government and utility customers, understand their digital transformation goals, and promote Huawei’s end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close sales opportunities in the public sector and power utilities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Develop strategic partnerships with channel partners and collaborate to generate new business.
• Present Huawei’s ICT portfolio and value proposition to customers and partners.
• Create and execute competitive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of ICT sales experience in the Bulgarian market.
• Proven experience with government, public sector or power utility customers is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IP networking technologies (Data Communication, Wi‑Fi, Campus Networks).
• Understanding of IT infrastructure solutions (Servers, Storage, Data Center technologies).
