Ads Creative Strategist – E‑commerce Marketing Agency

About the role

The Ads Creative Strategist will craft high‑impact video ads for e‑commerce clients by leveraging the latest TikTok and Instagram Reels trends. You will work closely with selected content creators to translate brand guidelines into compelling script briefs and video concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Research and stay up‑to‑date with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.
• Develop detailed script briefs, including B‑roll footage requirements, tailored to each client’s brand and target avatar.
• Identify, contact, and coordinate with suitable content creators for each campaign.
• Perform quality control on delivered video assets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to creators and iterate on content as needed.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and other internal teams as required.

Required profile

• Strong creative flair and deep understanding of social‑media algorithms, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Ability to analyse customer avatars and translate their pain points into effective ad concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with creators and occasional client interaction.
